IT service provider Gulf Network was founded in Kuwait by Mr. Shaik Inaithulla in 2019. Since then, the company has moved numerous Kuwaiti companies to the cloud, including companies in the banking, ecommerce, energy and utilities, environmental engineering, finance, healthcare, housing and urban development, oil, petrochemicals and public works sectors.

Gulf Network works closely with Kuwaiti Vodia distributor Opden Tec, a startup providing quality integrated networks and VoIP systems to resellers throughout the Middle East and North Africa at competitive prices. Both Gulf Network and Opden Tec are changing the way business is done across the region.

“The Vodia PBX gives my clients the most complete suite of robust business telephony features for on-premise and cloud-based telephony, including auto attendant, SMS, paging, separation of personal and work calls, conference calls, call recording, CRM integration and Microsoft Teams integration,” said Mr. Inaithulla. “The multi-tenant is great! I have three clients using the platform right now, and I expect to add more before the end of the year.”

“Over a decade, the Vodia PBX has evolved into a software application that meets many business connectivity needs,” said Khaled Alsaleh, Technical Sales Specialist at Opden Tec. “Since its first release, the PBX has been designed for multi-tenancy on a public IP address. It’s a robustness, resilient cloud telephone solution, and we’re proud to distribute it to our valued resellers here in the Middle East.”
